Terms and Conditions for AIFS Professional Pathways CEWIL 2025 Conference Raffle

Eligibility:

This raffle is open to all attendees of the conference who visit the AIFS Professional Pathways booth at the CEWIL 2025 Conference.   

Employees of AIFS Professional Pathways and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.  

How to Enter:

Participants must visit the AIFS Professional Pathways booth and submit a digital entry form or drop a business card into the raffle entry box. Each business card submitted must include the participant's email address. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Each participant is allowed one entry only. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

Raffle Prize: 

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Gift Card to the airline of their choice  

Selection of Winner:

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the conference. The drawing will take place within 10 business days after the end of the conference, which concludes on June 19, 2025, or by no later than July 4, 2025. Winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win. 

Notification of Winner:  

Winner will be notified by email via the email address provided on their digital entry form or submitted business card. If a winner cannot be contacted within five business days of the first notification attempt, or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.

Prize Redemption:  

The winner must follow the instructions given in the email notice to claim their prize. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of receipt.  

General Conditions: 

Participation in the raffle constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. By entering, a participant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of AIFS Professional Pathways, which are final and binding in all respects. 

Limitations of Liability:    

AIFS Professional Pathways is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by conference attendees, by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle. AIFS Professional Pathways assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. 

Privacy:  

By participating in this raffle, participants agree that AIFS Professional Pathways may collect personal information from them.  Unless otherwise stated at the time of entry, the personal information collected will be used solely in connection with this raffle. 

Law and Jurisdiction:  

AIFS Professional Pathways is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by conference attendees, by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle. AIFS Professional Pathways assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. 

Liability:  

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, NEITHER AIFS PROFESSIONAL PATHWAYS, NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, OR ANY ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS RAFFLE, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, WHETHER ARISING IN STATUTE, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER the RELEASED PARTY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALL SUCH DAMAGES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. 

Miscellaneous:  

AIFS Professional Pathways reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time.  If that should happen, AIFS Professional Pathways will post the changed Terms and Conditions on its website so that participants and the public will always be able to understand the terms and conditions that apply to this raffle.
